Samuel needs M-F nurse 830a-630p

Samuel is on a pretty specific schedule, Alexa remind you of when to do things. He is taking eight different medication’s every day seven by G-tube, but one by mouth that he hates. His food is prepared very specifically and he gets two feeds a day and water overnight via G-tube. He sometimes has seizures that are absent vocal, but somewhat serious he can desat pretty rapidly. He currently is napping one to two hours every day at the same time. He’s in physical therapy occupational therapy speech therapy. We do have services from the School For deaf And Blind because his hearing is better than the bionic man, he is blind in the right eye, and he has nonverbal and communicates with an AAC device. He’s smarter than a whip, Started crawling a little over a year ago, crawl everywhere. He’s learning to walk with his trainer and a wraparound walker. He uses new KAFO‘s. My husband is going to start nursing school soon at the age of 59, But we will still need a nurse 50 hours a week. Angels Of Care has been an amazing organization for our nurses to work with and the vice president is Jen Munson and she is awesome!
