Samuel is 3 1​/​2 years old​,​ and a three year survivor of a heart transplant​,​ four massive ischemic strokes​,​ dependent on G-tube​,​ a crawler learning to walk​,​ nonverbal but communicates with AAC device. he’s happy 90% of the time​,​ a joy!
