Hello, I'm Lev W.

Lev is a sweet 1 year old with a sunshine smile! After over a year in the cicu he is finally home! He lives at home with his mom​,​ dad​,​ and 3 older siblings. He is medically complex with Down syndrome. His primary diagnoses are pulmonary hypertension​,​ lung disease​,​ and epilepsy. He has a trach and is vent and oxygen dependent. He is fed continuously through a J tube. He also has a subQ pump to manage his Remodulin infusion. He is a very happy and content baby but needs constant eyes and ears to care for him. We're looking for someone to join our crew​,​ be treated like family who will love our little Lev! To know him is to love him!
