Nurses needed for trach/vent 4 y.o.
About the case: Soon-to-be 4-year-old boy with CP, trach, vent, and g-tube dependent. Non-verbal, but full of sass. Loves snuggles, going for walks, music, his tablet, and his therapies. Fun, easy-going family. Well established case with PAL. Hypoallergenic mini golden doodle in the home. About you: Pediatric Trach/vent certified Seizure experience preferred, but will train RN or LPN, must have NPI and be established with ForwardHealth (or willing to do so). We are only looking for Nurses in Independent Practice at this time. Shifts: PRN NOC (primary need) Weekends
