Family in Need of Respite

We are looking for a nurse to help cover evenings and nights for our sweet girl. Our strongest preference is consistent night coverage. While we search for the right night nurse, we are also open to limited and temporary daytime help on a very part-time basis. Because we value our daughter’s privacy, we do not post photos of her publicly online. We would be happy to share more details and answer questions when meeting potential nurses. What matters most to us is finding someone who is: • Comfortable with trach care • Familiar with CHD/cardiac care or willing to learn • Open to learning and adopting the routines and care approaches that work best for our daughter • A strong communicator — we highly value open, respectful communication and teamwork in our home
