We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced pediatric nurse to provide in home care for our infant son. He is a former 25 week preemie who is preparing to come home after a lengthy NICU stay. The ideal nurse will be comfortable caring for medically complex infants and working closely with family members and healthcare providers to ensure a safe transition home. Responsibilities may include monitoring, feeding support, medication administration, management of medical equipment as ordered, documentation, and providing attentive, nurturing care. We are looking for someone who is dependable, patient, detail oriented, and passionate about helping children thrive. Experience with premature infants, respiratory support, feeding tubes, or other pediatric home health needs is preferred. We hope to find a nurse who will become a trusted part of our son's care team and help us provide him with the safest and best possible environment at home.
