I have been a nurse more than 16 years and almost my entire career has been spent caring for medically fragile kids and adults in their homes, or home like settings. I currently work PRN at a facility for medically fragile kids, but because of my OWN kids, my availability is limited and I am cancelled from my scheduled shifts often. I am not w any agencies at this time, but am willing to onboard at local home nursing agencies once school starts.
